THE ADS NOW OFFERS EVERY BOOK

AUGUST DERLETH EVER WROTE

I am very pleased to announce that we can now offer any book August Derleth ever wrote in an attractive hardback format.  For those of you who do not know me, my name is Dan Boulden and I am a long time member of the ADS.  I recently took over a scanning division of my company that allows me to scan books without disbinding them or causing any harm at all.  See www.thehfgroup.com for more information.  This is not a cheep process, but because of my love of Derleth’s work I am willing to put in all the man hours myself at no cost.

What does this mean for you?  For around $60 you can have a hard back reproduction of any out of print book by Derleth*.  Pricing varies on the size of the volume.  Also if you want thin volumes bound together that can save you a little more money as well.  The books will be scanned from my personal collection, except for the 7 or 8 titles I do not own, they will be from the ADS collection.

What do you get?  You get a 1 to 1 reproduction of the pages of the book on archival paper.  The book is then bound in a library stile with the title and author stamped on the spine.  The cover color will be similar to that of the original.  Please note that dust jackets are not reprinted.

To order please email dboulden@thehfgroup.com, or call me at 336-665-1317 and I will let you know the price for the volume(s) you want.  Email is the best way to reach me, but if you call please be shore to mention that it is about the Derleth reproductions so that I will know when I return your call.  I do suggest that you check on www.abebooks.com first to see if you can get the book you want used at a good price.  Turnaround time will be 2 weeks to 2 months depending on current work flow.  I will make an effort to let you know when you order how long it will take.  Please feel free to ask me any questions.

*I am only producing books that are out of print.  A few titles that are out of print but about to return to print will also be excluded.
